Pastor Joe Fortunato is a long time resident of New Jersey, born and raised in Metuchen.  He committed his life to the Lord in 1979 at a Catholic Charismatic Prayer Meeting in Stubenville, Ohio.  In 1984, he visited Faith Fellowship Ministries of Southern New Jersey (FFMWOC), now in Sayreville, NJ, where he became a member and served faithfully in various areas of ministry for almost 20 years, as well as on  Crusade Teams to Haiti, Trinidad, St. Maarten and Jamaica.  He especially enjoyed organizing outreaches to the local community and ministering to the addicted through Victory in Jesus.  Rev. Fortunato is also a graduate of the Advanced Christian Training School at FFMWOC.  In 1992, he was ordained as a licensed minister by his pastor, Dr. David T. Demola, and became a minister on staff in 1998, and remains vitally connected to and under the covering of FFMWOC.  He not only teaches at their Faith International Training School, ministering to men and women of God from all over the world, he was also appointed by Pastor Demola to serve on the Apostolic Team through Covenant Ministries International, reaching out to local and international pastors and ministers.

In 2002, the Lord called Pastor Joe to start a church in Southern New Jersey.  He and his wife, Natalie, and their two children, Ryan and Joy, moved to Mullica Hill, and held their first service in the Harrison Township School gymnasium. In 2004, they purchased a church in Sewell, then nine years later moved to the Runnemede area.

In November, 2011, Pastor Joe and Natalie visited the Los Angeles Dream Center on a short term mission trip and their course of ministry was forever changed.  They soon established the South Jersey Dream Center, the perfect home for their food pantry, already established a year earlier.

Pastor Joe has a genuine passion to see lives changed and the lost saved through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.  He believes that God has an amazing plan for every person, filled with health, abundance, hope and victory.  His purpose in life is to encourage everyone he meets with the love and goodness of God.  He believes that God has an amazing plan for every person, filled with health, abundance, hope and victory.  His purpose in life is to encourage everyone he meets with the love and goodness of God.

Natalie Fortunato accepted Jesus as her Savior at FFMWOC in 1983 and also served faithfully as a volunteer and a member on staff for almost 20 years, including as the Executive Secretary to Pastor David and Diane Demola.  She too is a graduate of the Advanced Christian Training School, and an ordained minister.  Her greatest love after Jesus, is her husband, pastor and friend...she considers it a great privilege serving side by side with Pastor Joe in the ministry.  Natalie adores their two children and thoroughly enjoys spending time together as a family, along with their dog Benny.  As Administrator of FFMSNJ, she does what she loves, organizing, creating, planning, putting the vision of FFMSNJ into action, and inspiring others to realize their greatest potential.   There are few things more gratifying to her than to work with a fanatical group of believers energized to see lives changed through the power of Jesus Christ.  She also has the privilege of leading Worship at FFMSNJ, birthed out of a passion for worship and spending time in His presence.
